EDUCATE: BWW recognizes the importance of providing educational resources and opportunities to equip black and brown women with the knowledge and skills to engage in outdoor activities safely.

INSPIRE: BWW encourages its members to hold space for not only themselves but for generations to come.

EMPOWER: BWW believes in empowering black and brown women to overcome barriers, build confidence, and discover their potential through outdoor activities.

The BWW community proudly welcomes all women and girls of color who share our values and are aligned with our mission. We are committed to being an inclusive, diverse, and equitable organization, placing black and brown women and children in places where they are rarely seen, such as in green spaces and on water. By offering them the opportunity to hold space with membership in their new community such as rowing, and climbing, to name a few with the assistance of the Black Women Who Scholarship Fund.
